The Multimarket Opportunity
Cassidy Turley maintains a strong presence across the country, and our brokers and associates are skilled at serving the needs of clients locally. There are always new opportunities for growth, and there are few greater growth opportunities than cultivating and executing multimarket transactions.
During our first year as Cassidy Turley, approximately 3% of our brokerage revenue was the result of multimarket transactions. This is a great start, but by contrast many of our competitors are closer to 20%. Becoming more competitive in multimarket transactions is one of our top priorities - and will increase business opportunities for our brokers.
Simply asking if a client has a real estate need outside of an immediate market can lead to enhanced service and value for our clients, and for Cassidy Turley, help drive additional business, strengthen relationships, secure fees to originating brokers and provide solid leads to receiving brokers.
Top Multimarket Offices
In 2010, the offices originating the most referrals were Baltimore and Indianapolis, which each referred 24 assignments to other offices. By contrast, ten offices referred less than five assignments to other Cassidy Turley locations.
