Making it Personal

A special "thank you" to all of you for the kind words of support and encouragement! This journey will be exciting and challenging in my new role as President of Brokerage. Certainly, the future success of Cassidy Turley’s brokerage services will be a result of a collective “team effort” in which each of you will have a key role.

My immediate next step is to visit all Cassidy Turley offices by mid-June. I have completed visits to Minneapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City, Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus. My day-long visit includes separate meetings with the Young Brokers, Senior Brokers and Managing Principals. At every visit, the discussions have been very beneficial for establishing priorities for our future growth and success. A major goal of the visits is to enhance collaboration – with brokers across markets and with other professionals across our service platform – because it is the key to our success. The bottom line is that I am laser-focused on building our brokerage business by growing top-line revenue for all of us.

This week, I will send out a newsletter entitled “Brokerage in Motion” which will update you on office visits and highlight our discussions. The newsletter will also introduce many new initiatives which will enable us to realize our focus on top-line revenue for all our brokers. Look for regular updates as I continue this journey across the country. I am looking forward to meeting all of you!

I have adopted the motto of "Make it Personal" as part of my new leadership role. As we have the opportunity to meet, I think you will quickly pick up on my passion for this terrific business and Cassidy Turley. I promise to make this personal with all of you and our clients, so we all can realize great success!

Growing Brokerage!

2011 is well under way, and we remain focused on growing our brokerage business along with all of our service lines. Pat Lindley, our new President of Brokerage, is an exciting addition to Cassidy Turley’s leadership team and I am thrilled he is leading our brokerage service line. He brings tremendous energy, intellect and experience to his new position. Brokers – you will hear a lot more from Pat as we continue to focus on growing our brokerage platform! In addition, professionals across the country will appreciate his focus and enthusiasm as he leverages brokerage with other services on behalf of clients.
