The Colorado Telehealth Network (CTN) is the statewide initiative to provide
broadband connectivity establishing a virtual private medical network to
380+ health care facilities/providers representing Hospitals, FQHCs,
Community Health Clinics, Rural Health Clinics, Mental Health Clinics
throughout the State of Colorado. CTN is one of the largest proposed networks under the FCC Rural Health
Care Pilot Program. Deployment completion date December 31, 2010.

Mr. Koehler consults on the assessment, procurement and implementation of
technology equipment and services. Using his experience from more than 20
years in IT with the past 8 years focused on technology in healthcare, he
empowers his clients to better understand and utilize technology to their
financial and operational advantage. He has been assisting the Texas
Health Services Authority and the iHealth Trust (HIE in Houston) for the past 2 years, to move
forward with their missions of sharing healthcare information on an
information technology platform. Mr. Koehler has extensive experience
working with multi-stakeholder groups in Healthcare to collaborate to
meet Local, State and National needs.
